How long can I rent a unit?

We offer month to month leases on all of our units. You aren’t bound to any serious contracts or commitments.

 

What time is the office open?

Our office is closed on Sundays and Mondays but we’re open from Tuesday to Saturday. On Tuesday the office is open from 9:00am to 3:00pm,  Thursday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

 

When can I access my storage unit?

Tenants have access to their units all week from 5:00am to 9:00pm. 

 

What is the notice requirement for move-outs?

We require a 20 day written notice prior to you moving out. When you rent a unit, we’ll give you more information about vacating.

Are your units drive-up accessible?

All of our units are drive-up accessible. Just drive to your unit door and start loading or unloading.

 

Do you sell locks and other packing materials?

We carry the cylinder locks required for our door latch types. At this time we do not carry other packing materials.

 

How can I pay my storage bill?

You can pay your bill right here on our website using your Visa, Mastercard, and American Express card.
